You do not have access to the self-services that you require

Learn what to do if you discover that you do not have access to self-services on behalf of your organisation, such as SKAT, NemRefusion, or Digital Post.

This page is relevant for

  • anyone who uses MitID Erhverv.

You do not have access to the self‑services that you need to log into and carry out certain tasks on behalf of your organisation. For example, you may be missing the right to:  

  • submit VAT returns
  • request a refund via NemRefusion
  • read your organisation's Digital Post.

If you are not yet a user of MitID Erhverv, you must first be created and activated as a user before you can gain access to, or the right to perform tasks in, a self-services. To be created as a user, you must either:

  • request to be created as a MitID Erhverv user, if your organisation uses this function
  • contact your user administrator.

How to gain access to self-services

If you do not have access to your organisation's Digital Post, you must request access from your organisation's rights administrator for Digital Post. Follow this guide:

If you only need access to submit filings on skat.dk on behalf of your organisation, you should contact your organisation's TastSelv Erhverv administrator.

If you are responsible for managing which users have which access on skat.dk, you must contact your organisation's rights administrator in MitID Erhverv:
