How you can use your user ID across multiple organisations or associations depends on how many user ID you have:
You can use your private user ID on behalf of multiple organisations, as long as both you and each individual organisation or association accept the use of private MitID. It is the organisation administrator in the individual organisations, for which you act digitally, that must enable this in MitID Erhverv.
You can use your user ID, which you created for one organisation, on behalf of multiple organisations. This requires that all organisations approve it. The organisation administrator in each organisation must enable this option for you in MitID Erhverv.
