Find out which users have which rights

All types of administrators can view which users in the organisation have one or more specific rights. This overview can also be exported as a CSV file.

his page is relevant for: 

  • Organisation administrators
  • Rights administrators
  • User administrators.

As an administrator, you can filter users to create a list of users who have one or more specific permissions. The results can also be exported as a CSV file.

How to find out which users have 
one or more specific rights 

Find ”Users”: Menu > Users.

The "User search" link appears just above the user list. 

Tap it to reveal advanced search options.

The “Search users with rights” link is located under the "Rights" category.

Tap it to open the "Search for users with rights" window.

Choose one or more rights to see which users have them.

Please note that you can also select a specific SE or P number if you need to view users associated with a particular SE or P number.

This “View users” button is located at the bottom of the "Search for users with rights" window.

After tapping, you'll return to the "Users" page where the filtered list appears at the bottom. If you selected multiple permissions in step 5, only users who have all the selected rights will be shown.

Please note that you can remove rights from your search by tapping on them in the advanced search options displayed above the user list.

Select "Export list" to download the user list.

Tap it to start the download and save the CSV file.
