In MitID Erhverv, there are 3 different types of administrators. Learn what each type of administrator can assist you with as a user.
A user administrator is the type of administrator with whom you, as a user, in MitID Erhverv will most often interact.
You should contact the user administrator if you:
If you do not have access to or the necessary rights for a self-service in which you need to perform tasks on behalf of your organisation, it is the responsibility of the rights administrator. However, you can also contact your user administrator for assistance.
If you have previously received an email from MitID Erhverv, such as one regarding activation, you can find the user administrator's name at the end of the email.
If you do no longer have emails from MitID Erhverv and do not know who your user administrator is, you can contact MitID Erhverv Support to obtain the administrator's name.
Your organisation will have at least 1 user administrator. If your organisation employs many people, there may be several user administrators.
A user administrator can hold multiple roles; for example, a user administrator may also be a rights administrator.
A rights administrator can primarily assist you when you need access to or the right to performing a specific task in a self-service.
You should contact the rights administrator if you:
Your organisation will have at least 1 rights administrator. If your organisation has many employees, there may be several rights administrators.
If you do not know who your rights administrator is, you can contact MitID Erhverv Support to obtain the administrator's name:
A rights administrator can hold multiple roles; for example, a rights administrator may also be a user administrator.
An organisation administrator can help you if you:
Your organisation will have at least 1 organisation administrator, but it is possible for the organisation to have several organisation administrators at the same time.
An organisation administrator can hold multiple roles; for instance, your organisation administrator may also be a rights and user administrator.
If you do not know who your organisation administrator is, you can contact MitID Erhverv Support to obtain the administrator's name.
