View your access or rights to self-services and powers of attorneys in MitID Erhverv

Learn how to check the access or rights to self-services and power of attorneys assigned to you.

This page is relevant for

  • all users in MitID Erhverv.

A right in MitID Erhverv refers to access or permission to perform certain specific tasks in a self-service, such as access to NemRefusion for claiming reimbursements.

A business power of attorney is a power of attorney your organisation granted by your organisation when another organisation needs to act on behalf of your organisation.

See the rights assigned to you

If you do not have any administrator roles in MitID Erhverv, please proceed to step 3.

When logged in, tap your name on the top of the page.

The “Rights” menu will expand. You can now view rights and groups of rights assigned to you MitID Erhverv.

You can also find the button to request rights you may be missing.

A right refers to access or right to perform specific tasks in a self-service.

A group of rights contains more than one right.

If you cannot find the right or group of rights you should have, please contact the rights administrator in your organisation.

See the power of attorneys assigned to you

If you do not have any administrator roles in MitID Erhverv, please proceed to step 3.

When logged in, tap your name on the top of the page.

The “Delegations” menu will expand. You can now view powers of attorney assigned to you in MitID Erhverv.
There are two different categories in the view.

  • Received delegations: Powers of attorney granted specifically to you.
  • Groups of rights: Powers of attorney granted to your organisation, which your rights administrator has assigned to you.

If you cannot find the power of attorney you should possess, please contact the rights administrator in your organisation.
