Request  administrator roles

Learn how to request administrator roles in MitID Erhverv.

This page is relevant for

  • all users except organisation administrators.

How to request  administrator roles

Once you are logged in:

  1. Tap your name at the top of the page
  2. Select "My profile"

Once tapped, the “Administrator roles” menu will expand.

If you already have one or more administrator roles, they are listed under “Your administrator roles”.

The “Request to become an administrator” window will appear.

If you already have an administrator role, it will appear greyed out and cannot be selected.

In the "Describe why you need the role" field, you must state why you need to be an administrator. The reason must be at least 10 characters including spaces.5. Tap "Send request"

Once tapped, the “The request has been sent” message will appear.

How to know if my request has been approved or rejected?

You will receive an email from MitID Erhverv notifying that you have been assigned the role of administrator. The role will also appear on your user profile under the “Roles” menu.
