Organisations undergoing dissolution are automatically blocked in MitID Erhverv. This means that all users within the organisation can no longer use their MitID Erhverv to act digitally on behalf of the organisation.
However, certificates linked to the organisation remain active.
An organisation is regarded as undergoing dissolution if its status in the CVR (Central Business Register) changes from active/normal to one of the following:
