A password is required each time you approve actions with MitID when using a MitID code display, audio code reader, or chip.
You want to:
Unfortunately, if you forget your password, it cannot be retrieved. Instead, you need to create a new password.
How you create a new password depends on how many MitID user IDs you have:
If you only have one MitID user ID, follow the guide: "New password for MitID" on MitID.dk:
Contact your organisation’s user administrator, who can reset your password.
If you do not know who the user administrator is in your organisation, you can contact MitID Erhverv Support to obtain the name of the user administrator.
