Guide topics below are equivalent to the side bar menu items in MitID Erhverv. In each guide, texts in italics (e.g. Go to Menu > Users) indicates where the topic in concern is located in MitID Erhverv.
An organisation administrator can view the users’ information, but the organisation administrator cannot manage users. The user administrator is responsible for managing users.
The Organisation Administrator assigns and removes admin roles and the role as trusted employee to users.
Go to Users > Select user > admin roles.
As an organisation administrator, you can assign or remove admin roles and the role as trusted employee. It’s a good idea to start assigning necessary roles to your organisation’s users at an early stage.
Go to Users > Select user > Organisation. Choose whether you want to assign a P-number or SE number to the individual user. This can make managing users easier in large organisations.
This guide will show you how to create and manage a user group if you want to enable a rights administrator to more easily manage rights to multiple users in your organisation.
Go to Menu > User Groups > Select in menu “Solve Tasks”. In the next steps, you can create, add rights, and place restrictions on the user group.
The user group is created.
Now you have saved your changes to your user group in MitID Erhverv.
Now the IT system limitation is put on your user group.
An organisation administrator sets up certificate settings for the organisation – but it is a user administrator who issues them.
Please note that an organisation administrator cannot issue the certificates. Therefore, an organisation administrator cannot select to and from under the system privileges and seal formation topics.
Under system rights you can see, if the certificate:
Under Settings, you'll find allow seal formation with organisation certificates. This shows whether the certificate may be used to form seals for the organisation.
An organisation administrator assigns, approves or refuses to give power of attorney to another organisation.
You can choose to give a power of attorney to an organisation or to a specific user in another organisation.
When you give a power of attorney to another organisation, the other organisation chooses which users to act on your behalf.
You can choose to give a power of attorney to an organisation or to a specific user in an organisation. When a user applies for a power of attorney, you must approve the application in MitID Erhverv.
You can also choose to reject a request for a power of attorney.
Now you have rejected an application for a power of attorney.
In the power of attorney list, you can now see your request for a power of attorney from another organisation. The other organisation must now approve your request in MitID Erhverv.
You will receive a notification when you make changes.
An organisation administrator can see and manage the settings of the organisation:
Go to menu > Settings > Invoicing.
If the organisation buys a MitID service, e.g. a separate MitID authenticator or a certificate, MitID Erhverv must know how the organisation wants to receive the invoice.
Please note that if you purchase a service in MitID Erhverv, you will be advised about the purchase before you approve the purchase.
You can choose to receive the invoice in one of the following ways:

Before the user administrator can create new users, the organisation administrator must have defined the frames for user creation.

You should decide whether your organisation will make use of the different certificates:

Choose the settings on how you want to receive messages from MitID Erhverv either in MitID Erhverv or by email. It is possible to choose both.
