As an organisation administrator, you can assign the role of administrator or trusted employee to users in MitID Erhverv.

There are 5 different roles in MitID Erhverv:
If a user in your organisation needs a role other than that of as a user, the organisation administrator must assign the required role.
There is no limit to the number of users in your organisation who can have the role of administrator or trusted employee. A user can also hold multiple roles.

Find ”Users”: Menu > Users.
Once tapped the user, their profile will appear.
You find the ”Roles” menu.
Tick one of the following 4 roles:
Once ticked, a warning l will appear.
A user can have multiple roles. Please repeat steps 5-7 if you need to assign more than one role.
The ”Ok” button is located at the bottom of the warning.
You will return to the "Roles" menu and a confirmation about assigning the role will appear.
Find ”Notifications” next to your name on the top of the page. If you have chosen to receive notifications by email, you will also receive an email.
Tap the notification. The request details will appear.
Tap the 3 dots next to the request, then tap ”Handle task".
You can view all the information about the user in the profile and locate the "Roles" menu, then expand it.
You can assign the role as user administrator by ticking the box next to “User administrator". You can also assign roles as rights administrator or organisation administrator.
A warning will appear informing you that you are about to assign a user as user administrator, will appear.
Tap the ”Ok” button, located at the bottom of the page. You will be taken back to the user profile.
The message "Administratorroles opdated" will appear. The user will receive an email regarding their new role.
