A right in MitID Erhverv refers to access or the right to carry out specific tasks in a self-services, such as accessing to NemRefusion to request reimbursement.
A rights administrator can assign the necessary rights users after logging in to MitID Erhverv.

MitID Erhverv users in your organisation can also request rights they identify as necessary. Once they request the rights, the rights administrator in your organisation receives a notification in MitID Erhverv. The rights administrator reviews and approves the request, after which the user is assigned the rights. Please note that the rights administrator must notify the user themselves once the request has been approved, as MitID Erhverv does not send notifications to the users.

If several users require the same rights, your organisation can create a user group called customised user group. You can assign a set of rights to the user group, ensuring that all users within the group receive the same rights. This approach allows the organisation to simply add or remove users from the group, rather than assigning or removing rights individually for each user.

A rights administrator or user administrator can add or remove users from the groups created by the organisation administrator.
There are also default user groups. These are automatically generated groups where users, for example, belong to a specific production unit (P-unit) and have unit-specific rights. It is not possible to add or remove users from default user groups.
