User ID: You have forgotten your user ID, want to change your user ID, or use it on behalf of multiple organisations

How you can find your user ID depends on how many MitID user IDs you have:

Contact your organisation's user administrator, who can view your user ID in MitID Erhverv. If you do not know who the user administrator is in your organisation, you can contact MitID Erhverv Support to obtain the name of your user administrator.

How you can change your user ID depends on how many MitID user IDs you have:

It is not possible to change your user ID. Therefore, you should contact your organisation's user administrator, who can delete you as a user in MitID Erhverv. Then, the user administrator will create you as a user again.

Please note that you will need to request the rights you had under your previous user ID again, as these rights will not be transferred to the new user ID. An example of rights is, for example, access to Digital Post.

You would like use your user ID on behalf of multiple organisations or associations

How you can use your MitID user ID across multiple organisations or associations depends on how many MitID user ID you have:

You can use your private MitID user ID on behalf of multiple organisations, as long as both you and each individual organisation or association accept the use of private MitID. It is the organisation administrator in the individual organisations, for which you act digitally, that must enable this in MitID Erhverv.
You can use your MitID user ID, which you created for one organisation, on behalf of multiple organisations. This requires that all organisations approve it. The organisation administrator in each organisation must enable this option for you in MitID Erhverv.
