About this guide

This guide explains, step by step, how your organisation can create business powers of attorney for another organisation, i.e. a different CVR number, to submit claims and requests digitally on your behalf.

This may be relevant, for instance, when your organisation’s accountant needs to submit a reimbursement request through NemRefusion.

Once the business power of attorney has been created, the organisation receiving it must then manage and assign which of their employees are allowed to use the business power of attorney to act on your organisation’s behalf.

What you’ll need before you begin

Before creating a business power of attorney, please ensure you have the following:

  • MitID Erhverv
  • The role of organisation administrator or management representative in MitID Erhverv
  • The CVR number of the organisation to which you would like to create a business power of attorney
  • A descriptive name for the business power of attorney, so both you and the recipient organisation understand its purpose

How to create a business power of attorney to another organisation

The “Create delegation” menu will appear.

This is mandatory and helps the recipient organisation understand the nature of the business power of attorney.

You may also provide a short description, if relevant.

Then tap “Pull data”.

The “Assign rights” window appears.

You must notify the recipient organisation that the business power of attorney has been created.

A rights administrator in the recipient organisation can then log in to MitID Erhverv to view the business power of attorney. However, they will need to assign one or more employees to it before it can be used.

For guidance on assigning employees to a received business power of attorney, the recipient organisation can refer to this guide:
