Create business powers of attorney for a specific individual in another organisation

Grant a specific individual in the organisation your own organisation collaborates with a business power of attorney to act digitally on behalf of your organisation, for example, when claiming reimbursement via NemRefusion.

This page is relevant for:

  • rights administrators
  • management representatives in the organisation, if your organisation has entered into a connection agreement with MitID Erhverv.

About this guide

This guide explains, step by step, how your organisation can create business powers of attorney for a specific person in another organisation, i.e. a different CVR number, to submit claims and requests digitally on your behalf.

This may be relevant, for instance, when your organisation’s accountant needs to submit a reimbursement request through NemRefusion.

Once the business power of attorney has been granted to a specific individual within the organisation, it can be used immediately.

What you’ll need before you begin

Before creating a business power of attorney, please ensure you have the following:

  • MitID Erhverv
  • The role of rights administrator or management representative in MitID Erhverv.
  • Details of the organisation to which you would like to a create a business power of attorney:
    • CVR number
    • Email address of the individual to whom the business power of attorney is granted.

How to create a business power of attorney for a specific individual in another organisation

The “Create delegation for a specific user” menu will appear.

The “Search extern user” window will appear.

Enter:

  • CVR number
  • the employee’s email address.

When these details are entered, select “Search extern user”.

You can now see a list of one or more employees matching the CVR number and email address you entered in step 5.

You select the employee to whom you wish to grant a business power of attorney and tap “Add user”.

The menu will expand.

The "Assign rights" window will appear.

You can find rights in 2 ways:

  • Use the search field
  • Expand the category and select the rights you woud like to grant

You can choose that the business power of attorney applies only to a specific SE number or P number within your organisation. This is optional.

It is possible to limit the authorisation so that it applies only to either a VAT number or a production unit number in your organisation. This is optional.

Once you have selected the rights, press “Assign rights”.

Remember to inform the individual that the power of attorney has been created, as no automatic notification is sent.
