This guide explains, step by step, how a rights administrator can add employees to an existing delegation group.
If a delegation group has not yet been created, you will need to contact your organisation administrator. It is the organisation administrator who is responsible for creating, editing, or deleting delegation groups.
Before you begin, you will need:
The delegation groups in your organisation can be found under “Delegations received.”
You can locate delegation groups by looking for “Delegation Group” under the “Type” column in the list.
Under “Delegation received from”, you can see how many business powers of attorney are in the delegation group. For example, “2 organisations” means that there are 2 business powers of attorney from 2 different organisations.
Select the deligation group to which you would like to add employees.
The “Edit delegation group” menu will then appear.
The menu will expand.
You can do this by:
Tick the box next to the employees you would like to add to the delegation group.
Once you have selected all employees, select “Add user”.
If you cannot find the employees you wish to add, it may be because they have not yet been activated as users in MitID Erhverv. In that case, please contact a user administrator within your organisation to have them created.
The employee or employees have now been added to the delegation group.
The employees you have added now have access to act digitally on behalf of the companies whose business powers of attorney are included in the delegation group.
