As an organisation administrator, you can create or delete a user group.

If you do not know your role in MitID Erhverv, you can log in to MitID Erhverv and view your own profile. The roles can be found under "Master data" in your profile.
If you are not an organisation administrator and want a new user group to be created, contact the organisation administrator in your organisation. If you do not know who the organisation administrator is, contact MitID Erhverv Support to obtain their name:
Find “User Groups”: Menu > User Groups.
If you have 9 user groups or more, the "Create new user group" button will be located before the list of user groups.
If you have up to 8 user groups, the "Create new user group" button will be located after the last user group.
The "Create group" window appears, and the "Information" menu will be expanded.
You must provide a name for the user group you are creating. This is mandatory. Ensure that the names allows you to easily distinguish between groups.
The "Description" field is optional, where you can provide additional details about the user group.
Rights in MitID Erhverv are referred to as access or rights to perform specific tasks in self-services, such as NemRefusion, SKAT, or ATP.
Assigning rights during the creation of user groups is optional. You can also assign them later. To assign rights, follow these 4 steps:
The fields "SE number" and "P number" are optional.
If the user group should only act digitally on behalf of a specific SE number or P number in stead of the whole organisation, select the relevant SE number or P number for the group.
Finish by tapping the "Create user group" button. You will receive a notification once the user group is created.
Find “User Groups”: Menu > User Groups.
Tap the name of the user group you would like to delete from the list of user groups in your organisation.
Note that you can only delete groups marked as "Customised". "Default" user groups cannot be deleted.
The group's details will expand.
To delete the user group, tap "Remove user group" button at the bottom of the page.
The "Confirm delete" window will appear.
The "Ok" button is located at the bottom of the window. A confirmation will appear, stating the group has been removed.
