Is your organisation registered in the Greenlandic CVR register?

In MitID Erhverv, there is no distinction between organisations registered in the Greenlandic or Danish CVR register. Greenlandic organisations can follow the same steps as Danish organisations to complete the connection.

FAQ about the connection agreement

If your application to enter into a connection agreement with MitID Erhverv has been rejected, you can find the reason for the rejection in the email you received. This could be because:

  • additional documentation is required
  • the attached documentation does not meet the documentation requirements for your organisation type.

If your application to enter into a connection agreement with MitID Erhverv has been rejected, you can attempt to start a new connection request.

Documentation verifying the role of the management representative

The rules for your organisation type determine whether you need to register a management representative in the CVR register.

It is optional to register an association representative in the CVR register.

If the representative is registered in the CVR register, in some cases, you may not need to upload documentation of the management representative’s role in your organisation during the MitID Erhverv connection process. This depends on your organisation type.

If the representative is not registered, you will as a general rule need to upload documentation of the representative’s role in your organisation during the MitID Erhverv connection process.

If your organisation is a type other than the three listed above, you will need to upload the documentation during the connection process.

If your management representative does not have a CPR number or private MitID, such as in the case of a foreign representative, it is still possible to enter into a connection agreement with MitID Erhverv. This can be done by appointing someone within or outside your organisation to initiate the process. This person is known as a "reporter." The reporter must have private MitID and a CPR number.

During the connection process, the management representative must approve the connection agreement with MitID Erhverv. The representative can do this by signing the agreement by hand, allowing the reporter to upload the signed agreement during the connection process.

Other types of organisations

You can still enter into a connection agreement with MitID Erhverv. You need to appoint:

  • a reporter, who is a person within or outside the organisation to initiate the connection
  • an organisation administrator.

Both the reporter and the organisation administrator must have a CPR number and private MitID.

A reporter is a person within or outside the organisation who initiates the connection to MitID Erhverv. A reporter cannot be a management representative, as the representative is required to approve the connection.

The reporter cannot complete the connection to MitID Erhverv independently but can start the process, allowing the management representative to solely sign the connection agreement using their private MitID or a physical signature.

The first time you log into MitID Erhverv, you need to use your private MitID. This is to ensure that it is indeed you who is attempting to log in.

Logging in with your private MitID is similar to physically visiting a citizen service centre to obtain a passport or showing identification when starting a new job.
