With MitID Erhverv, there are several ways to log into self-services and sign documents digitally on behalf of your organisation. For example, employees in your organisation can use their private MitID.
When, for example, you log in with MitID Erhverv, you will need an authenticator: the MitID app, MitID code display, MitID audio code reader, or MitID chip. These are used to verify your identity. Learn more about the individual authenticators and how they work.
MitID Erhverv has 5 different roles, each with various responsibilities. Most users will have the role of "user," where they only use MitID Erhverv to act on behalf of the organisation in self-service solutions. The remaining 4 roles carry additional responsibilities or tasks in MitID Erhverv, such as managing MitID Erhverv users in your organisation.
Rights in MitID Erhverv grant employees in your organisation access or permission to perform specific tasks in self-services, such as applying for reimbursement in NemRefusion.
With business power of attorney, your organisation grants another organi-sation the right to act on behalf of your organisation in self-service solu-tions.
You can issue certificates in MitID Erhverv. Certificates are required, for example, if your organisation uses secure email or have system integrations with MitID Erhverv.
